(in succession Krisalia) with legal seat in Torino, Via Sant Isidoro,3 10064 Riva di Pinerolo (fiscal code and P. VAT IT09990070014, enrolment I Record Enterprises of Torino , and it is aimed at the sale of products and services, online also, with detail in regard the clothing ,lingerie and underwear sectors.

Normativeness applicable
The sale of products and services made for the path of electronic means is disciplined by Legislative Decree on September 6 2005 No 206 in matter of sales of distance with the consumers and of the Legislative Decree on April 9 2003 No 70 in matter of electronic commerce.

Conditions of sales
The present Conditions of Sale, together on the conditions of delivery and payment of the properties foreseen in the Situated present time they constitute integral part of the contract of sale concluded between the user of the Site (in succession the Customer) and Krisalia. It invites Krisalia to read, then, with attention the present conditions, to print them and, in any case, to keep copy it, also on print support.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer.
The orders are shipped with anonymous packaging.
To allow fast shipping of the order, the Customer must provide all the data correct and complete.
Shipping fees:
The shipping fee depends on the destination
- Express Courier Italy: 8 euros. (delivery within 24 max 48 hours).
- Express Courier Europe: 13 euros. (delivery within 48 max 72 hours).
- Express Courier Others: On request. (delivery within 48 max 72 hours).
We recommend that you buy all your articles within one order. We can not make one shipping for different orders.
The Shippings are made every day (except Saturdays and holidays) within 24 hours of your payment.
Krisalia will not be responsible for delay or non delivery due to reasons of major forces or failure and disruption of delivery services. Krisalia has relied on companies to secure national and international value that will always retain a high value of the service.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy is fully protected: the orders are in fact inserted into packs completely anonymous and discreet, nothing is given out from the pack about its content.
Within Krisalia we will only make your details available to personnel who require them to perform their role. All of our Customer service advisors work within a password protected environment, and sign confidentiality clauses as a part of their contracts.
Whenever you place an order we need to know your name, telephone number, email, address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you on its status.
We may use the information we collect to notify you occasionally about special promotional offers, changes to the website, and new services we think you’ll be excited by. If you would rather not receive this information then simply unregister from our newsletter when you register with us and we promise not to bother you.
The personal data communicated by the Customer to Krisalia during the precontractual negotiations as well as by the execution of the contract will be dealt in accordance with to D. Lgs. Returns & Replacements
In the sense of the law. 64 D.Lgs. 6 settember 2005 n. 206 the right of recess can be exercised at the alone physical persons' who behave for extraneous reasons to the own entrepreneurial or professional activity. The valid exercise of the right of recess is conditioned to the sending of a recommended letter A/R within ten working days at the date of delivery of the goods to the next address: Giga Casa - Via Sant Isidoro, 3 to 10,064 Riva di Pinerolo (TO).
The communication will be able to be anticipated within the same term, through electronic post, telegramme or fax, on condition that it is confirmed by means of recommended A/R within 48 following hours. In case of recess, the Customer will must provide for the restitution at his own expense of the goods according to the formalities in succession indicated: - forwarding to the next address: GigaCasa - Via Sant Isidoro, 3 to 10,064 Riva di Pinerolo (TO).
The substantial integrity of the good object of restitution is an essential condition for the right of recess: the good in relation to which the right of recess has been exercised will must to be therefore in a good state (kept and in case used the normal diligence).
The items are returned unworn, in perfect condition, and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken.
The non respect it will be allowed prescribed formalities to Krisalia to refuse the goods returned by the Customer. In case of valid exercise of the right of recess, Krisalia will provide to reimburse the buying price to the domicile of the client in the shortest possible time, and, in any case, within 30 days with the date in whose Krisalia there has had news of the right of recess.
There Remain therefore excluded from the right of recess the expenses of restitution of the good, which are to cargo of the Customer (to the senses dell 'art. 67 co. 3 D.Lgs. No 206/2005)
Products returned without the above requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.
The time for reimbursement can vary from 7 to 10 working days from when your return arrives at Giga Casa. After checking that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your return. The refund is done by check payable to the sender.


In case of force majeure
Krisalia will not be responsible for the delay to accomplish the contract regulated by the present general conditions of sale, if such a delay is caused by circumstances out of their reasonable control. The part in delay by reason of greater strength will have right to a necessary adjournment of the terms to carry out such obligations.

Ordering
All prices quoted on the Krisalia website are quoted in Euro, and are inclusive of VAT.
The total cost of your order includes the price of the item(s) selected, delivery and tax.
A contract between the Customer and Krisalia for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment from Paypal or Bank Prepayement.

From time to time we send promotional discount codes to reward our best customers, and to entice new customers to try out Krisalia.
Each voucher code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you. However, general terms for the use of voucher codes are:
- They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or on sale items
- They cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift vouchers
- They are only available for your sole use and shouldn’t be passed on to third parties (unless we tell you it’s ok!)
- They are not valid in our stores or concessions (unless we tell you they are)

Every Customer have the right to view his own orders. You just need to log into your personal space and view all your orders status.

The contract of sale between Krisalia and the Customer will be disciplined and interpreted in conformity of the Italian Law. For the solution of civil controversies ensuing from the conclusion of the contracted present time of sale of distance, if the Customer is a consumer the territorial imperative competence is of the judge of the place of residence or of domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy; in all the other cases the territorial competence is exclusively that one of the Court of Torino.
